Good coffee starts at the source. We carefully select our beans and work only with farmers who share our values: sustainability, quality, and accessibility. But that's just the beginning of the process.

Selection & Roasting: The Art of Coffee

Each new coffee undergoes an intensive testing phase. We assess whether a bean performs better as a single origin or in a blend. This process includes at least 20 test roasts, giving the coffee the opportunity to reveal its unique character.

When cupping (tasting), we rely not only on our expertise but, most importantly, on your taste. Your feedback helps us create the perfect roast – one that captures the essence of each bean.




Precision in the Roasting Process

Each coffee receives a unique roasting method to unlock its full potential. We never blend beans before roasting and work with both classic conduction roasters and modern convection roasters: Aillio Bullet R1 V2, Giesen W6A PRO, and Typhoon 10 PRO.

The roasting process is largely automated to ensure consistency, but craftsmanship remains essential. Even the smallest change in temperature or humidity can affect the flavor. That’s why we closely monitor everything – perfection is in the details.

Freshness and Flavor at its Best

After roasting, coffee needs seven days to reach its optimal flavor and aroma. During this time, it undergoes a natural maturation process. That’s why we ensure our coffee always arrives as fresh as possible. The fresher the coffee, the more intense the flavor. Our mission?
